Basic Audio Visual equipment: Includes screens, projectors (assume presenter brings own laptop) Laptop can be provided if required by prior arrangement.

Webley Room: Overhead projection & wall screen for presentations.
Both Rooms Together: Overhead projection & wall screen for presentations.
Other services available include, all excluding VAT:
Tea and coffee water urn service £2.00 per person ½ day, £3.00 per person full day
Flip Chart with pad & 2 x Pens, £8.50 each (please confirm numbers)
Additional catering requirements subject to quotation on requirements.
When using both rooms:
Lapel and Stand Microphones available £15.00 per Mic,
2 x Additional 66” TV side screens if required in room £30.00.
Staging available for presentations and top tables if required £12.00 per Sq. Meter.
