Gemma has been part of the Pavilion Bisley team working as a Hospitality and Accommodation Assistant for nearly a year. Prior to joining us, she spent five years in a customer-facing role in airline ticketing and customer services at London Gatwick. With a background in Travel and Tourism from her college studies, Gemma has been passionate about hospitality since the beginning of her career. Gemma is a diligent, amiable, and compassionate worker. She has been an invaluable asset to our close-knit team.
Beyond her professional life, Gemma stays active by swimming and attending Pilates classes. Additionally, she loves to feed her wanderlust by traveling and exploring new places whenever possible.
