Ann joined our Housekeeping team in June 2023, following previous her role as a Retail Assistant at a local shop. Prior to that, she gained experience as a Room Attendant at both The Crowne Plaza hotel in Chester and the Hoar Cross Hall Hotel and Spa in Litchfield. Additionally, she worked in hospitality, serving food and drink at the Thai Boran Restaurant in Derby. Ann's expertise in the Hospitality industry made her an obvious choice for the Housekeeper position. Renowned for her warm and approachable demeanour, Ann consistently goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
Outside of work, Ann is a devoted mother to her two children, with her husband serving as a Sergeant in the Army. During her free time, she enjoys watching her son play football, taking leisurely walks with Hunter, their Pointer Cross adopted from Cyprus, and cooking authentic Thai cuisine.
